Nobody is a mannequin, so there is no “best” garment given the different shape and size of each patient. Asking Google what the "best" post liposuction garment, is like asking Google what the "best" pair of jeans are! It varies for each patient based on body type and areas worked on. The brand, style or size is far less important than a snug, but smooth fitment.
There should not be any creases, wrinkles, or skin bulging out the edges, as those issues can become permanent and not correctable. During the first week, while draining, use maxi pads to both absorb the drainage, smooth problem areas (even if no drainage present in that area) and tighten any looser areas of garment.
As the swelling goes down, downsize garment to continue to provide smooth compression. You can purchase our included garments (do not buy additional 1st stage, as they try to fold and crease once drainage has stopped, pads are no longer worn) directly at Isavela.com but don’t feel obligated to just stick to our contracted brand. They're good, but you’ll likely find something that fits you better online on Amazon or shapewearusa.com or at the local stores listed below. Amazingly, you will end up 1 to 3 sizes smaller than our initial garment size!
Don’t forget to consider adding lipo foam or a lipo board (M&D has an entire line of front, side and back inserts on Amazon) to the inside of the garment if stomach creases or wrinkling are an issue, or a waist trainer/corset with boning/structure to snatch that waist and redrape loose skin into an hourglass shape.
Sometimes it's best to go to a store to try on different options, so here's a list of shapewear stores throughout the DFW area:
